At , The Taj Collection we take great care to ensure all of our hair extensions are of the highest quality. For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds once hair extensions have been purchased.

But, if you receive an incorrect order or experience a significant issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the matter and do everything we can to make it right.

We always encourage you to double-check your order details (including length, texture, and colour) before placing your order.
